Dear Client,

We take this opportunity to update you on how we are managing the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) threat at Smith Feutrill.

Work-from-Home:

With global and local events now unfolding very quickly, we have made the decision to move to full work-from-home arrangements for all our staff starting today, Monday, 16 March.

Telephone Communications:

If you need to make contact with your Manager, Accountant or Partner, please call the office as per normal, noting that;

·  all calls to direct lines have been re-directed to the relevant staff member’s mobile number

·  all calls to our main line (03 9854-3200) will be answered by our receptionist via our mobile app – the call will be then be transferred to the relevant staff member as required

Meetings:

To limit face-to-face contact, we have instructed our team to conduct client meetings via video-conferencing programs such as Zoom or Skype or by teleconference until further notice.

Document drop-off or collection:

If you need to drop off or collect documents, one of the Directors will be in the office from 10am to 4pm each business day.  The office doors will be locked so please use the doorbell located on the left hand side to notify of your arrival or alternatively call our main line and our receptionist (Natasha) will make contact with the relevant person in the office to give you access.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience these arrangements may cause but in these unprecedented circumstances, we believe it is the appropriate course of action to help protect our staff and yourselves from further spread of this disease.

We wish you safety and wellbeing during this uncertain period and will provide further updates in due course.
